The Rota Cone Vacuum dryer (RCVD) is a complex processing equipment designed for critical and highly priced products with low moisture content.

It is manufactured at Industrial Fabricators and has functionality to operate at low temperatures under vacuum condition. It is multifunctional and can carry multiple processes at a time, such as drying under vacuum, mixing/tumbling, solvent recovery. It takes care of sensitive products that can be damaged due to high temperature, easily oxidized or contaminated due to atmospheric contact.

Design characteristics

Industrial Fabricators has been manufacturing Rota Cone Vacuum Drying systems for over three and a half decades. The system is made of heavy-duty sheets/plates to withstand low vacuums up to 760mm Hg and is mounted on a sturdy structure. It comes with a wide variety of heating media options, including Steam, Thermic Fluid, and Hot water. IFHWG & IFHOG systems can be coupled with the system as heating media for precise and accurate operations.
