Industrial Sludge is an inevitable part of most of the industry. Be it pharma, chemical, textile, defines, engineering, food or any major industry, Sludge is the final remainder of processes.
After the process of ETP, the sludge remains, mostly in slurry state. Once recovered the slurry is dewatered (with a Decanter, a centrifuge, screw press or filter press and if further required it is dried with a suitable drying system.

Design characteristics
There are multiple systems and can be provided based on the process requirement. Mainly batch or continuous systems. The batch type process includes a drying chamber. IFSD series systems are our dedicated Sludge Drying Systems which are designed to dry critical moisture from the dewatered sludge.
From small 50 kg./Batch to large 1000 Kg/Batch or even higher & customized systems are available. Apart from the batch type systems, customized continuous drying systems are designed based on the process requirements.
The material of construction depends up on various factors specifically the nature of the product to be dried. There are several heating media which can be applied based on process requirements like Electric, Steam, Thermic Fluid, Hot Air generated via liquid/solid or gaseous state, heat pump or solar thermal systems.
